The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with the Section Head to facilitate collaboration with stakeholders in developing and implementing the bank’s strategic planning and reporting framework. This role includes supporting the preparation of divisional and branch plans aligned with the corporate strategy, providing strategic insights, and contributing to the formulation of actionable plans. The incumbent will also play a critical role in post-implementation assessments to ensure the sustainability of strategic initiatives and support Business Analysts in managing day-to-day operations effectively, adhering to internal guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
