Your Impact The Product Specialist is based in the United Arab Emirates - Dubai, reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager, and will be responsible for driving sales of clear aligners and fostering relationships with key clients within the UAE by establishing and nurturing relationships with medical professionals, specifically doctors. This role requires in-depth product knowledge, effective communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support to enhance patient care and drive business growth. What You'll Do
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of aligner products, including features, benefits, and clinical applications.
- Educate doctors on product usage, advantages, and the impact on patient outcomes.
- Build and strengthen relationships with doctors, dental practices, and orthodontic professionals.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Execute sales plans to target specific healthcare professionals and practices.
- Present and demonstrate aligner products to doctors, showcasing their effectiveness and patient benefits.
- Provide training sessions and educational materials to doctors and their staff on aligner products.
- Assist with product trials and offer ongoing support for usage and troubleshooting.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and product positioning.
- Gather insights from doctors to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with other sales representatives to share best practices and insights.
- Act as a liaison between doctors and the company, advocating for customer needs and addressing concerns promptly.
- Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
- Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
- Fluency in Arabic and English communication.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Dentistry or Life Science/Healthcare.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Specialist with a proven sales record.
- Must be based in Riyadh and willing to travel occasionally to other remote locations such as Qasim.
- Experience in working with an international brand.
- Ability to work on MS Suite, CRM, and sales systems.
