Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the HVAC maintenance team, ensuring timely and effective service delivery to all clients.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of systems.
  • Coordinate and manage emergency repairs, ensuring swift resolution to minimize disruption to clients' operations.
  • Train and mentor HVAC technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding HVAC maintenance issues, building strong client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate degree in HVAC technology preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and projects effectively, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and repair of DX and VRF systems. Expertise in Chilled water System will be a added advantage.
