Job details

Support the OD DM in developing talent management initiatives, focusing on career path development and succession planning to prepare the organization for future needs.
Provide advisory support to all HR development specialists across the group in all activities related to OD or HR development.
Support the OD DM in the re-organization and re-structuring processes by conducting comprehensive assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Support the OD DM in the performance appraisal exercise, ensuring they are consistently aligned with group policies and objectives.
Support the OD DM in the YESR exercise by reviewing promotion requests across the group and ensuring they align with established policies and practices.
Collaborate with the company's HRMs and relevant departments to develop and implement a manpower plan aligned with company goals. This includes identifying the current workforce, forecasting staffing needs, and coordinating talent strategies to optimize workforce effectiveness for current and future needs.
Assist in any other job-related tasks from time to time.

We are seeking experienced Organization Design (OD) Specialist to join the Organization Design Division of the Organizational Consulting Department (OCD).<br />

The core functions of OCD are to provide organization design, strategy, and general management consulting services throughout the Company while ensuring alignment of consulting solutions with overall business strategy and corporate objectives, policies, and plans.<br />

Your main responsibility is to provide internal advisory and consulting services to deliver diverse consulting interventions that support the achievement of business initiatives and objectives.<br />

	<li>Assist the Corporate Advisor, Organization Design/Management Consulting with project planning. Track status and deliverables for assigned projects.</li>
	<li>Develop centralized tools and resources used on organization design projects.</li>
	<li>Conduct internal and external research utilizing databases, benchmarking, market surveys, and/or interviews to build analytical frameworks and conduct complex business analyses.</li>
	<li>Provide management consulting services to support Merger & Acquisition development and transactions, including divestments and new company formations (Joint Ventures and subsidiaries).</li>

Lean Six Sigma or Candidates must have specific Organization Design experience and a significant general management consulting experience in other management consulting disciplines for this senior-level management consulting position.</li>
	<li>This position requires in-depth knowledge of planning and managing complex management consulting projects in business improvement disciplines (e.g., organizational design, transformation projects, strategy development, etc.) ideally within the oil and gas industry.</li>
	<li>Demonstrated ability to use strategy, organization design, and/or process improvement management consulting methodologies, approaches, or tools.</li>
	<li>Proven delivery experience in organizational design and/or management consulting roles. Previous experience in a large consultancy (strategy or organization design practices) is a significant plus. New hires are expected to draw on their knowledge and expertise to provide immediate value.</li>
	<li>Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly-matrixed, sophisticated structure; Oil and Gas experience a plus.</li>

	<li>Leverage management consulting expertise and technical knowledge to address organization change driven by business growth, technology, risk mitigation, outsourcing, business optimization, reorganizations, or transformation.</li>
	<li>Lead organization design projects, assisting with the development of organizational structures and/or operating models needed to support execution of the Company business strategy.</li>
	<li>Partner with company leaders to review current organizational structures and measures; build plans to support necessary changes.</li>
	<li>Assist the Corporate Advisor, Organization Design/Management Consulting with project planning. Track status and deliverables for assigned projects.</li>
	<li>Develop centralized tools and resources used on organization design projects.</li>
	<li>Conduct internal and external research utilizing databases, benchmarking, market surveys, and/or interviews to build analytical frameworks and conduct complex business analyses.</li>
	<li>Provide management consulting services to support Merger & Acquisition development and transactions, including divestments and new company formations (Joint Ventures and subsidiaries).</li>

	<li>Minimum of 10 years of management consulting experience in organizational design, strategy development, and/or other management consulting disciplines within a global company or with an international management consulting firm. Lean Six Sigma or Candidates must have specific Organization Design experience and a significant general management consulting experience in other management consulting disciplines for this senior-level management consulting position.</li>
	<li>This position requires in-depth knowledge of planning and managing complex management consulting projects in business improvement disciplines (e.g., organizational design, transformation projects, strategy development, etc.) ideally within the oil and gas industry.</li>
	<li>Demonstrated ability to use strategy, organization design, and/or process improvement management consulting methodologies, approaches, or tools.</li>
	<li>Proven delivery experience in organizational design and/or management consulting roles. Previous experience in a large consultancy (strategy or organization design practices) is a significant plus. New hires are expected to draw on their knowledge and expertise to provide immediate value.</li>
	<li>Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly-matrixed, sophisticated structure; Oil and Gas experience a plus.</li>

We are seeking an experienced Energy Optimization Specialist to work for Decarbonization and Sustainability Division (D&SD) to render Energy optimization and performance aspects.<br />

The D&SD provides engineering expertise in energy efficiency and optimization for both process and utility systems in Global Manufacturing Excellence Organization&#39;s oil, refining and gas plants.<br />

Your primary role will be to handle will and ensure energy management compliance and improving energy efficiency of multiple operating facilities from Global Manufacturing Portfolio. You will also be responsible for providing technical support on high priority energy engineering and management issues.<br />

	<li>Conduct simulation studies using Saudi Aramco licensed software packages covering process simulation software</li>
	<li>Familiar with energy saving technologies for energy intensive equipment.</li>
	<li>Deliver presentations to an international audience of experts and publish technical papers</li>
	<li>Develop energy efficiency roadmap for oil and gas refineries</li>
	<li>Develop energy baseline and Energy KPIs to analyze the energy performance</li>
	<li>Ensure energy compliance and efficiency of each operating facilities</li>
	<li>Develop and maintain Energy Policy, documents and procedures.</li>
	<li>Work with refinery energy team to identify energy saving opportunities and make recommendations to achieve more energy efficient operations.</li>
	<li>Analyze and monitor refinery energy use on daily basis and conduct energy audits</li>
	<li>Monitor refinery energy intensity indicators and control them toward energy efficiency</li>
	<li>Conduct jobsite observation, field inspections or sub-metering to collect data for energy conservation analyses.</li>
	<li>Conduct internal energy benchmarking studies among the oil and gas refineries</li>
	<li>Organize technical exchange workshops among the oil and gas refineries Develop and deliver training material to promote energy awareness among refinery personnel</li>

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />

As a successful candidate you will hold a:</p>

	<li>A B.S. degree in Engineering. A M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Electrical / Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering or other advanced professional engineering degrees is preferred.</li>
	<li>17 years of experience in process simulation applications in refining /oil and gas plants /petrochemical industries.</li>
	<li>Proficient in the codes and standards in the oil and gas industry, i.e., API, BS, ISO, ASME, ANSI, IEC, ISA, IEEE, etc.</li>
	<li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the field of energy engineering</li>
	<li>Familiarity or hold ISO-50001 Energy Management Standard and Requirement</li>
	<li>Working knowledge of oil/gas-related plant processes</li>
	<li>Familiarity with development of energy efficiency roadmap, energy baseline and setting targets of energy key performance indicators.</li>
	<li>Strong data collection and data analytic experience to observe the energy saving opportunities and advise for better energy performance</li>
	<li>Excellent computer skills as well as excellent oral/written presentation skills.</li>
	<li>Strong management and coordination skills</li>

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />

As the successful candidate you will hold a:</p>

	<li>A B.S. degree in Engineering. A M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Electrical / Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering or other advanced professional engineering degrees is preferred.</li>
	<li>17 years of experience in process simulation applications in refining /oil and gas plants /petrochemical industries.</li>
	<li>Proficient in the codes and standards in the oil and gas industry, i.e., API, BS, ISO, ASME, ANSI, IEC, ISA, IEEE, etc.</li>
	<li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the field of energy engineering</li>
	<li>Familiarity or hold ISO-50001 Energy Management Standard and Requirement</li>
	<li>Working knowledge of oil/gas-related plant processes</li>
	<li>Familiarity with development of energy efficiency roadmap, energy baseline and setting targets of energy key performance indicators.</li>
	<li>Strong data collection and data analytic experience to observe the energy saving opportunities and advise for better energy performance</li>
	<li>Excellent computer skills as well as excellent oral/written presentation skills.</li>
	<li>Strong management and coordination skills</li>
	<li>Ability to work under pressure</li>

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineering Specialist with various industry maintenance programs to join Asset Maintenance Solution Department (AMSD) under Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME)<br />

AMSD provides specialized and timely maintenance engineering support to wholly-owned and affiliates&#39; refining and chemicals operating facilities, collectively known as Saudi Aramco Global Manufacturing.<br />

The primary role is to provide technical expertise pertaining to the development, launching, and assessing of various maintenance programs, processes, procedures and best practices for Global Manufacturing facilities.<br />

<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />

	<li>Develop maintenance processes, maintenance management strategy, work and performance management strategy and conduct Maintenance health assessment in line with GME and corporate requirements. 	<li>Analyze facilities&#39; maintenance performance to establish reference baseline & Issue frequent maintenance benchmarking reports to promote knowledge.</li>
	<li>Review maintenance reporting mechanism and KPIs along with their trends to drive performance and provide recommendations accordingly.</li>
	<li>Analyze maintenance spending in terms of manpower, equipment, materials procurement and outsource strategies.</li>
	<li>Assist the line maintenance organizations in the implementation of approved programs such as TPRM or GM reliability model.</li>
	<li>Develop methods and programs for handling new situations in maintenance fields. This will include prototype pumps, motors, compressors, turbines, valves, instrument systems and computer systems.</li>

	<li>Report to concerned Maintenance Supervisor & Manager on quality and quantity of workmanship and adherence to standards within his assigned areas and recommends improved work methods.</li>
	<li>Ensure that periodic maintenance is performed in accordance with vendor recommendations and Aramco procedures and that maintenance logs and records are maintained.</li>
	<li>Prepare Engineering Reports on maintenance activities/methods and means for their improvement.</li>

As a successful candidate you will hold a:</p>

	<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program. A Mechanical Engineering Degree is preferred.</li>
	<li>10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas downstream Sector.</li>
	<li>Able to demonstrate high degree of technical competence in the area of maintenance programs and practices.</li>
	<li>Experience with risk-based processes such as Reliability-Centered Maintenance & Risk Based Maintenance</li>
	<li>Experience with TotalProductive Maintenance</li>
	<li>Strong hands-on experience with Spare Parts and Materials procurement strategies</li>
	<li>You will have Best-in-class Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and Work Prioritization experience</li>
	<li>Experience with Maintenance budgeting and spending control methodologies.</li>
	<li>Experience in field maintenance methodologies, processes, and procedures.</li>
	<li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal & communication skills.</li>
	<li>Demonstrate strong analytical & problem-solving skills</li>
	<li>Demonstrate experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as SAP</li>
	<li>Conversant with MS Office applications</li>
	<li>Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li>
	<li>Demonstrate fluency in spoken and written English</li>
</ul>
