- Permanent - Up to $3500 + $200 transport reimbursement - Tuesday to Sunday: 9am - 12am (Depends on shift)- East Coast Road We are seeking a competent Assistant Restaurant Manager who will be the face of the café & bar ensuring that customers receive high quality coffee, exceptional service, and an experience that keeps them coming back! Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Directors
• Responsible for the Opening and/or Closing of the Restaurant
• Oversee the restaurant operations, restaurant premises standards, staffing arrangement, and staff service standards.
• Maximize profitability by strengthening revenue and carrying out cost control as a secondary priority. e.g. Profit & Loss projection, Monthly marketing plan, Revenue strategies
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Interacting with customers to get feedback on food quality and service levels

• Permanent

Salary:

• Up to $3500 + $200 transport reimbursement

Working hours:

• Tuesday to Sunday: 9am - 12am (Depends on shift)

Location:

• East Coast Road

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience in the Food and Beverage environment
• Customer oriented personnel
• Must be a team player
• Prior management experience will be advantageous
• Must be able to converse in English to liaise with native English-speaking clients
• Pet lover, especially dogs
