Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with expertise in CNC machine maintenance covering both mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Fanuc, Mazak, and Siemens systems and possess a solid understanding of the technical requirements to maintain and repair these machines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines focusing on both mechanical and electrical components.
2. Diagnose and resolve issues related to Fanuc, Mazak, and Siemens-controlled systems.
3. Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure the CNC machines operate efficiently and reduce downtime.
4. Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to plan and implement maintenance schedules.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
6. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards during maintenance tasks.
7. Assist in the installation, testing, and calibration of new equipment.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in maintenance of CNC machines with expertise in Fanuc, Mazak, and Siemens systems.
