Job summary We are seeking a highly experienced Sr Consultant with demonstrable expertise in Service Now. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and be fluent in English. The Sr Consultant will play a crucial role in enhancing our Service Now capabilities ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of our projects. Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and customization of Service Now solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee the development and integration of Service Now modules ensuring optimal performance.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for Service Now configuration and administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain system efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and administrators on Service Now functionalities.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all Service Now activities.
  • Monitor and manage Service Now workflows ensuring timely and accurate task completion.
  • Participate in project planning and provide technical insights to support decision-making.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements through Service Now capabilities.
  • Support the development of custom applications and integrations within the Service Now platform.
  • Stay updated with the latest Service Now features and enhancements to leverage new functionalities.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Demonstrable experience in Service Now implementation and administration.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
  • Show proficiency in developing and delivering training materials for diverse audiences.
  • Have a proven track record of successful project management and execution.
  • Display a deep understanding of ITIL processes and their application within Service Now.
  • Be adept at working in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Hold relevant certifications in Service Now and ITIL.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Have experience in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation.
