- Assist with the production of architectural BIM models and generate 2D drawings and documentation from the models.
- Maintain accurate as-built models during construction and post-construction phases.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate documentation of design intent.
- Serve as the key point of contact for BIM coordination between architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Lead coordination meetings, facilitating communication between different disciplines to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to architects and engineers based on clash reports and model reviews.

- Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to ensure that BIM processes are incorporated into project planning.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in BIM technology and software, incorporating new tools and techniques into workflows.
- Perform clash detection using specialized software like Navisworks or BIM 360 to identify potential conflicts between architectural elements and other disciplines.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve clashes before construction, reducing rework and delays onsite.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their BIM requirements and ensure that models and documentation meet or exceed expectations.
- Assist in the development of presentations and visualizations using BIM models to convey design concepts to clients.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential for creating and managing architectural models.
- Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D drafting using AutoCAD is often required.
- Knowledge of cloud-based BIM platforms like Autodesk BIM 360 or equivalent tools for collaboration and data management.
- Familiarity with international BIM standards such as ISO 19650, AIA BIM standards, or project-specific guidelines (BIM Execution Plans).
- Ability to create, implement, and manage BIM Execution Plans that define the standards, workflows, and processes for project delivery.
- Expertise in running clash detection reports and coordinating between various disciplines to resolve model issues.
