We are collaborating with a renowned global creative agency to recruit an experienced Group or Senior Account Director for their Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 15 years of progressive client service experience at leading creative agencies within the MENA region. A strong background in partnering with creative teams delivering innovative solutions and fostering long-term client relationships is essential. This senior-level position is ideal for those passionate about leading client initiatives and driving creative excellence. If you excel in fast-paced dynamic environments and have in-depth knowledge of the creative agency landscape, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Embody, promote, and celebrate the agency's vision and values within the team.
  2. Oversee the strategic creative client engagement and delivery aspects of all projects, ensuring high standards.
  3. Work closely with various teams across the agency to maximize client outcomes and creative work.
  4. Guide junior team members from Account Executives to Account Managers, setting expectations and fostering growth.
  5. Monitor team capacity, identifying future needs and providing additional support when required.
  6. Utilize multichannel thinking to connect client and industry knowledge with creative ideas and execution.
  7. Confidently discuss the value of participation and insights with clients, ensuring alignment on briefs and deliverables.
  8. Challenge teams and planners to ensure that all briefs are grounded in strong cultural insights.
  9. Define strategic objectives in collaboration with planning teams and present compelling narratives to clients.
  10. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on brand strategy, business challenges, and opportunities.
  11. Proactively identify and address operational issues before they escalate.
  12. Implement personal development plans for key client contacts, ensuring relationship growth.
  13. Manage long-term financial forecasting, client chargeability, and new income opportunities while ensuring timely invoicing and debt management.
  14. Confidently assess creative ideas, ensuring they align with the brief and the client's needs while fostering an energetic creative process.
