- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business development or related sales role within the recruitment industry (or a demonstrably relevant field).
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal ss with the ability to build rapport with senior executives.
- Strong ytical and problem-solving ss with a data-driven approach to business development.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management ss.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while exceeding expectations in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is preferred.
