We are seeking a talented and motivated Front End Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating UI/UX design wireframes into responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, scalable, and performant front-end solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  2. Collaborate with designers to implement visual elements and ensure a seamless user experience.
  3. Work with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs.
  4. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  5. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
  6. Implement and maintain front-end build processes and tools.
  7. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to best practices.
  8. Participate in code reviews and contribute to our front-end development standards.
  9. Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in front-end web development.
  3. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  4. Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  5. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
  6. Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
  7. Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex).
  2. Familiarity with server-side rendering and static site generators.
  3. Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.
  4. Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less).
  5. Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  6. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
