Nursery Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Manager (Native English Speakers) to join our clients team. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the nursery's operations including managing staff, developing and implementing curriculum, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and ensuring high-quality care for all children. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead a team of early childhood educators and support staff.
2. Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for children.
3. Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and standards for early childcare centers.
4. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors.
5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
6. Monitor and manage the nursery's budget, ensuring financial sustainability.
7. Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the nursery and attract new families.
9. Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in early childhood education to continuously improve the nursery's program.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in an early childcare setting.
3. Knowledge of local and international regulations and standards for early childcare centers.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
6. Passion for providing high-quality care and education for young children.

Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract will be for a minimum of 2 years with the possibility of extension based on performance.
