Conveyancing Clerk/ Litigation Clerk/ Admin Clerk
Job details
To assist lawyers in preparing and handling conveyancing & loan documents. Able to multitask, maintain and update file status. To assist in general clerical tasks as and when assigned. Able to assist in preparing and handling litigation matters. Positive attitude, diligent and responsible. Must be computer literate. Maintain accurate records and update databases with transaction details. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 1 to 3 years of conveyancing/litigation experience.
- Candidate must be dedicated, attentive, hardworking, responsible, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work as a team.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
