Associate Director - Client Management(CFA)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investments team at Marsh Mac Lennan. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office Associate Director – Client Management, CFA We will count on you to:
- You will be taking the role of Head of Client Management & Client Content
- Escalation point for the team working on Investment Only clients and reviewing monthly and quarterly investment reports
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Mercer’s delegated fund structures and solutions in order to explain and communicate to colleagues and clients
- Competent to respond to client queries (sometimes operational in nature)
- Have a client lens when looking at central global investment material and consider how this could be translated into digestible client material for client meetings
- Be able to take research papers on topics (ESG for example), pick out the key points and summarise into slides
- Review/manipulate investment output/data and add investment commentary/narratives – i.e. identify key detractors on performance for example.
- Monitor delivery timelines and ensure deadlines being met
- Support the development of Mercer’s overall client-service delivery across the entire Investment Solutions client base, ensuring a first-class customer experience in a scalable way.
- Support Mercer colleagues/consultants on a variety of topics including performance analysis, strategic asset allocation advice, economic commentaries and PowerPoint presentations.
- Liaise with wider operational, portfolio management and consulting teams across Mercer, including management of a wide range of projects as they arise.
- Deliver investment output & documentation within critical timelines.
- Execute and oversee the essential structures and specialisms required to accomplish the desired strategy
- Train and develop junior colleagues who have responsibilities across various client management and centralized content functions
- Support the advancement of our centralized content framework by supervising and actively engaging in the creation of materials for both clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work as part of a team.
