Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) Full time We are seeking a dedicated and creative Executive for our Social & Digital initiatives. This role is a vital part of our team, focusing on developing and executing our social media, member app, and website content strategy. The ideal candidate will drive engagement, foster audience growth, and align with our business objectives through compelling storytelling and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage the Company’s social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Member Apps.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaigns and promotions.
- Plan, co-develop, publish and monitor social media content and track the performance to see if they meet the company’s branding and business objectives.
- Writing clear and error-free content for company’s social media platforms, website and digital platform that reflects the company’s voice.
- Responsible to brainstorm and generate ideas on social media marketing campaigns.
- Responsible to prepare monthly social media reports to generate insights and recommendations.
- Ensure timely and coordinated posts across all platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Analyse performance data to measure success, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Keep up with the latest trends and platform updates to ensure our social media strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Handling marketing ad-hoc tasks that being assigned by superior.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or any other related disciplines.
- Possess minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on managing social media platforms.
- Required language(s): Malay & English with strong presentation skills.
- Candidate with knowledge and experience in social media content management and copywriting is required.
- Candidate with positive attitude and strong commitment towards work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
- Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to drive performance.
- Ability to work closely with marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Knowledge of basic design skills (e.g., Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop) are a plus!
