Learning Coach

The Learning Coach sits within LLD and reports to the Senior Manager (Adult Curriculum). S/He is responsible for delivering the modules under the Adult Curriculum to clients in the Clusters. S/He is also responsible to manage the logistics and administrative planning, the development and management of the client lifelong learning plans, and to ensure that clients accessing their courses are meeting their person-centred plans. S/He should work in a collaborative relationship with other staff in the centres and with the Allied Health Professional (AHP) team to understand clients' preferences, interests, needs and support, to ensure that their learning needs are met. S/He should possess pedagogy/andragogy skills and training competencies. S/He should also have good communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications • Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services or related fields, with at least 2 years working experience. Other Information • Possess passion to work with people with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism, to advance their well-being, development, and aspirations through training and development. • Experienced Training Officers or Teaching Aides with an interest in training preferred. • A strong team-player with excellent people skills, who is able to work well independently and remotely with integrity. • Possesses strong organisation skills, time management and problem-solving skills. • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. • A self-motivated and adaptable individual. #J-18808-Ljbffr
