Seeking an accomplished Group Marketing Director to direct our Healthcare department. The ideal candidate will devise effective strategies to market our healthcare services and products. Client Details A large organization in the healthcare industry, based in Riyadh. Known for its innovative approach to dental care, it provides premium services and products to a vast customer base. Description

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
  2. Manage the marketing team
  3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  4. Evaluate market trends to inform strategies
  5. Manage the department's budget and resource allocation
  6. Oversee the creation of promotional materials and marketing campaigns
  7. Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory and ethical standards
  8. Report on marketing performance to senior management
Profile
  1. An educational background in Marketing, Business or a related field
  2. Proven experience in a similar role with notable achievement in patient acquisition
  3. Manage a team effectively
  4. Excellent knowledge of marketing trends and strategies
  5. Ability to interpret market data
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  8. Highly organized with excellent project management skills
