Our mission is to revolutionize how organizations approach automation, and we are seeking an experienced RPA Program Manager to lead this initiative. Position Overview: The Executive Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support to our Leadership team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of executive operations and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of Basserah. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the Leadership team calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely and efficient use of their time.
  2. Act as a primary point of contact between the Leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
  3. Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
  5. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for the Leadership's business engagements.
  6. Assist in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, including documenting action items and key decisions.
  7. Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects and initiatives.
  8. Serve as a liaison between Engineering Leadership and internal teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  1. You are a talker, a doer, and an organiser whilst being the face of our workspace and owning your role.
  2. We need an energetic, efficient person to help us do the job!
  3. You are confident and will often be the first point of contact to important visitors.
  4. You will need to be a brand ambassador, exhibiting initiative and excellent interpersonal and organisational skills in everything that you do.
  5. 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role would be ideal.
  6. English skills would be a major advantage.
  7. A degree in any discipline or sufficient experience required. If you are great at what you do, then we want to hear from you!
