Our Company is currently looking for a strong candidate for the position of Purchase Executive with good communication skills and solid organizational skills.Requirements:*Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or relevant role*Proficiency in English*Excellent knowledge of MS Office*Thorough understanding of a negotiating techniques*Fast learner and passion for Purchase*Self-motivated with a results-driven approach*Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations*Must have knowledge/background in Accounts*Bachelor degreeDuties/Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify purchase possibilities and evaluate Company needsActively seek out new opportunities through cold calling, networking and social mediaSet up meetings with potential suppliersNegotiate/close purchase price.Collaborate with team members to achieve better resultsGather feedback from suppliers or prospects and share with internal teamsMonitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
