Job Description:

**Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Leadership**:

- Lead and guide the development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient software solutions.

- Provide technical expertise and support in Flutter, Node.JS, MongoDB, and AWS.

- **Team Management**:

- Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.

- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope by setting realistic timelines and milestones.

- **Coding and Development**:

- Hands-on coding and development using Flutter, Node.JS, MongoDB, and AWS as needed.

- Review and contribute to the development of complex features and functionalities.

- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices within the development team.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-tested code.

- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.

- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the team's technical capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Flutter, Node.JS, MongoDB, and AWS.

- Previous experience managing and leading a development team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
