The Administrative Assistant will work closely with other team members to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.

- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.

- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.

- Make travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.

- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.

- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the office.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant administrative role.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
