Role and client overview:

This role is focused on creating data driven value and actionable insights for a variety of clients and prospects.

You will frequently participate in gathering requirements, drafting scope and planning related to ongoing and new analytical engagements.

You will often present your data-driven insights and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders and be part of the business conversations.

You will engage in ad-hoc analyses that go beyond explaining "what happened" to "why it happened" and "what should be done" to influence the results.

You will operate as part of a structured, process driven team with a path to learning and growth.

You will be integrated into the end client data and analytics ecosystem with an opportunity to achieve.

Here are the key responsibilities:

Build and operate large Marketing Intelligence, Business Intelligence and Data Management projects.

Drive projects, reports and dashboards with data sourced from across Websites, Mobile, Search, Campaign, Competitive, Social, and Consumer analytics.

Ensure and test towards proper analytics implementation and reporting accuracy.

Work on understanding, modeling and validation of large datasets for your output.

Ownership of projects as an SME and prompt tracking/communication on day-to-day progress and updates.

Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems and multi-task in a high energy environment.

Skills:

Must have proven BI skills on PowerBI, Tableau, Data Studio.

Must have data modelling skills on MS Excel, MS Access and SQL queries (R or Python is a plus).

Must have proven experience on Web analytics - Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.

Must have experience on CRM analytics - evaluating SMS/ Email performance and recommending optimizations on audience, dispatch strategy and database improvements.

Coding skills or familiarity with being able to read, write at least one analytics/programming language.

Analytics implementation experience to test/troubleshoot tagging infrastructure to track the websites/campaigns/marketing activities.

Be familiar with non-digital marketing channels (TV, video, print, OOH, experiential, etc.) and how they intersect with the interactive/digital world.

Understand usability, digital best practices, and online consumer behaviour and is up to date on the latest digital marketing trends.

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills - should be capable of communicating over, collaborating on and presenting their work to stakeholders.

Should be able to juggle multiple projects at a time and be able to deliver the projects on time.

Has obsessive attention to detail and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and projects.
