Senior RM Systems Analyst

As a Senior Revenue Management Systems Analyst, you will conduct systems performance analysis and evaluation of functionalities, highlighting areas for system improvement and projected benefits. You will continuously enhance and upgrade system capabilities that meet Revenue Management business objectives including the delivery of RASK. In this role, you will support Line Manager with the execution and implementation of system development initiatives, new deployments, and version upgrades.You will evaluate operational workflows, including user interfaces with systems and business processes, to improve efficiency of controls and automation. Design and develop custom applications as required by Revenue Management functions to improve decision-making capabilities.Key AccountabilitiesWork with users to analyze, recommend, and test quality enhancements of decision support tools to improve decision making across RM functions such as inventory, pricing, analytics, and operations.Establish, quantify and enforce, through monitoring, vendor services as agreed in service level agreements for tools used by RM functions.Monitor and analyze performance of systems including run times, job processing, and identify operational needs, solving problems by developing solutions to support RM analysts in meeting their revenue objectives.Work with users and vendors to identify improvement opportunities of systems and applications, writing business requirements for systems to deliver on new functions and capabilities.Collaborate with vendors and other stakeholders, such as IT, Digital, and Commercial, to ensure systems are integrated and follow best practices for reliability and commercial benefits.Identify areas of improvement and development of all systems and applications used by the Revenue Management department.Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills, imagination, and ambition have no boundaries here. Join us as we dare to achieve what's never been done before.Together, everything is possible.QualificationsAbout YouBachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, IT Science, Mathematics or Engineering.Minimum 4 years of job-related experience working in a Revenue Management team of a reputed airline.Knowledge of airline RM systems such as Inventory, Pricing, O&D Revenue Management, and Group Revenue Management.Experience working on applications such as PROS, Pricing systems, Altea Inventory, and GDS.Strong analytical skills - Ability to identify and resolve critical issues.Strong Project Management skills - Ability to work with multiple and time-sensitive projects.Proficient in MS Office, SQL, Databricks, etc.Experience in developing and delivering training materials.Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, and Java is preferred.Experience in System Administration and Project Management is a must.About Qatar Airways GroupOur story started with four aircraft.
