Draughtsman Lead - Doha - Bounty Hunter WorldBounty Hunter World Dohaمنذ 4 أياموصفManage drafting activities for oil and gas projects, leading a team of draughtsmen and ensuring high-quality technical drawings and documentation. Lead draughtsmen in creating and reviewing drawings, coordinate with design engineers and project teams, and maintain drafting standards. Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to project schedules. Train and mentor junior draughtsmen, and participate in design review meetings.Minimum Requirements:A minimum of 8 years of drafting experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other relevant drafting software.Familiarity with 3D modeling tools is an advantage.A diploma or certification in Drafting, Engineering Design, or a related field.Strong knowledge of drafting standards, symbols, and industry codes relevant to the oil and gas sector.Job Title: Draughtsman LeadCompany: (Company Name)
