Roles, Responsibilities and Job Expectations

  1. Pursuit of quality goals and monitoring of improvement measures.
  2. Verify and maintain quality documents.
  3. Perform internal inspections of products, material, and work.
  4. Perform internal audits to verify quality standards, including the use of tools, equipment, and processes.
  5. Work closely with production and process teams to ensure process adherence in individual production areas.
  6. Work closely with production and process teams on process improvements and overall product quality.
  7. Work with the Quality Department to ensure continuous compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and standards, and VAT standards.
  8. Ensure that quality concerns are promptly identified and resolved.
  9. Support internal/external complaints and implement corrective actions.

Authorities

  1. Raise NC for any product quality related issues.
  2. Stock purge.

Key Competencies and Skills

  1. Work experience in quality assurance.
  2. Computer knowledge (MS Office user).
  3. Good communication and teamwork skills.
  4. Confidence and solid personality.

Special Skills (such as special certifications)

  1. Experience in production.
  2. Experience with machining and machined components.
