Our Auckland-based client is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead strategic and complex change initiatives. This role requires someone with strong expertise in delivering transformational change and you will play a critical role in crafting and delivering strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify impacts, risks and opportunities associated with change.
- Oversee the execution of change delivery plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications and training.
- Partner with leadership to embed change management practices across the organisation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, adapting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager, ideally in large, complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of change methodologies and frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on influencing and engaging at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results in change adoption and business outcomes.
- Experience in delivering strategies that go beyond communication plans.
