Role Overview We are hiring a Platform Developer to design and optimize low-latency, high-performance trading bots and systems using C++. You’ll work closely with Python engineers to enhance our trading infrastructure for peak performance in dynamic crypto markets. Key Responsibilities

• Algorithm Development: Design and optimize high-frequency trading algorithms in C++.
• System Integration: Collaborate with Python engineers to integrate C++ components into trading systems.
• Performance Optimization: Build low-latency, high-throughput solutions to maximize efficiency.
• Testing & Debugging: Ensure reliability and robustness through thorough testing and debugging.
• Monitoring: Analyze system performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

• C++ Expertise: 5+ years of experience with a strong focus on performance optimization.
• HFT Experience: Background in developing high-frequency trading systems or real-time applications.
• Software Design: Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and design principles.
• Low-Latency Systems: Expertise in multi-threading, parallel processing, and performance tuning.

• Networking: Familiarity with network protocols in trading environments.
• Crypto Knowledge: Understanding of cryptocurrency markets and platforms.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and detail-oriented skills.

• Ability to work effectively in Asia time zones is required.
