- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service.
- FinTech payments: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses.
- Exceed revenue and ROAS targets by delivering detailed analysis of keywords, ad creatives, and bidding strategies while using precise performance forecasts and tracking to identify opportunities, correct underperformance, and drive optimal results.
- Accelerate growth in high-performing markets by identifying successful strategies through performance analysis and recommending smart budget increases on high-impact campaigns.
- Expand market share in growth markets by conducting deep analysis of customer behavior and keyword performance to uncover new opportunities for optimization and improved conversion rates.
- Drive continuous improvement by proactively communicating actionable opportunities to increase bids, adjust budgets, or engage with other teams for quick execution and strategic alignment.
- Ensure consistent and reliable campaign attribution by identifying and resolving tracking issues across platforms to maintain accurate data integrity and attribution clarity.

- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to create advanced formulas, pivot tables, and dynamic dashboards.
- Experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, management, and reporting.
- Understanding of Google Analytics for audience insights, goal tracking, and conversion funnel analysis.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools to use or create actionable reports.
- Working knowledge of databases and data structures to facilitate effective collaboration with tech teams.
- Analytical Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful trends and insights.
- Experience in identifying tracking discrepancies and resolving complex issues.
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and performance target tracking.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, BI and ecommerce teams.
- Professional Attributes:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- High level of autonomy with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with additional ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus.
