About you: We are looking for a self-directed and confident individual to join our team as a Mobile App Implementation Specialist. This role requires a detail-oriented and technically minded professional with excellent communication and project management skills. As a Mobile App Implementation Specialist, you will collaborate closely with clients and our remote development partner to create and customize branded mobile apps that meet client specifications. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all app-related projects, providing training, support, and process enhancements to ensure seamless implementation. Day-to-day, you will:
- Collaborate with remote development teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to create, modify, and manage branded mobile apps.
- Develop and refine the mobile app implementation process to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update documentation, specifications, and app submission processes for clients.
- Oversee app update routines for clients on a recurring support model (MRR).
- Train clients and team members on app functionality and new feature releases.
- Provide consultation on app projects, including feature proposals and configurations for Google, Apple, and Facebook portals.
- Track and allocate time effectively across multiple projects.
- Occasionally adjust working hours to accommodate global time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the computer or IT industry.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
- Experience working in mobile app environments.
- At least 2 years of project management experience.
