Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
- Work experience in FMCG industry or Food and Beverage manufacturing.
- Compile daily team's sales data.
- Assess team's performance.
- Briefing, brainstorming & identify awkward sales.
- Action plan to train and coach salesmen.
- Carry out sales team main functions including route riding, field work, administration work & time management.
- Report sales progress, monitor peer's performance, coach and participate in other marketing events.
- Compile and review sales performance.
- Any other reasonable duties assigned by your superior from time to time.
- Workdays (Monday to Friday)
