Account & Relationship Management (Sales)

  • Work experience in FMCG industry or Food and Beverage manufacturing.
  • Compile daily team's sales data.
  • Assess team's performance.
  • Briefing, brainstorming & identify awkward sales.
  • Action plan to train and coach salesmen.
  • Carry out sales team main functions including route riding, field work, administration work & time management.
  • Report sales progress, monitor peer's performance, coach and participate in other marketing events.
  • Compile and review sales performance.
  • Any other reasonable duties assigned by your superior from time to time.
