We are one of the largest independent financial advisory firms providing insurance, investment, loan, and other financial services in Singapore and Malaysia. We invite inspirational and independent individuals to take on the role to support business expansion. You will be working hand in hand with us, providing real-time support to create a better client experience and business growth. The individual will mainly take charge of the following duties on top of ad-hoc duties/projects:

  1. Assisting with new business concluded and completing paperwork submission for new applications. You will be required to follow up with clients/business partners to ensure timely inception of new business.
  2. In charge of post-sales follow-up by creating financial portfolio summaries, monitoring, and helping out in existing clients’ portfolio reviews.
  3. Attend to day-to-day communication with clients & business partners and take charge of secretariat & administrative work ranging from renewals, claims, and servicing.
  4. Assist in social media content creation for marketing and better outreach to the general public & clients.
  5. Research financial products in the market and identify the most suitable solutions for clients.
The selected candidates will be exposed to the above functions in phases (items 1-3, followed by the rest). This role is ideal for candidates who would like to have broad exposure and build up a career in the financial services industry. Experience in the financial industry could be an advantage but is not necessary. On-the-job training will be provided. Remote work mode is adopted, and this position is suitable for individuals who need a flexible work arrangement. Preferably, you should have basic knowledge/expertise in the following areas:
  1. Good interpersonal skills in liaising with different stakeholders
  2. Independent and good learning capacity
  3. Proactive, with an eye for detail and able to perform under timeline
  4. Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
