Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships.
  2. Search for new prospect customers in the defined territory which includes existing accounts and new accounts.
  3. Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company's sales targets.
  4. Manage typical conversion rate, sales call, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation.
  5. Take charge of promotional and sales activities by brainstorming new product or service launches with appropriate team members.
  6. Leverage different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company's products.
Skills
  1. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  2. Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
  3. Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principles.
  4. Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
  5. Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
  6. Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
