Sales Manager Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills and experience driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet set targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Present sales reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and best practices.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
