CFO Role for a Leading Catering Services Provider

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our client, a rapidly growing company operating in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The organization has achieved significant growth through its diverse service portfolio, including catering, cleaning, laundry, and maintenance services. This success presents an exciting opportunity for a finance leader to contribute to the strategic direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy Development : Develop comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Financial Planning and Budgeting : Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate projections and efficient resource allocation.
• Strategic Financial Reporting : Provide insightful financial reports to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
• Financial Operations Leadership : Direct financial operations and drive process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Industry Monitoring : Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

• Senior Finance Leadership Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably in the catering industry.
• Catering Industry Expertise : Proven experience in the catering industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Financial Modeling and Governance : Strong proficiency in financial modeling and corporate governance principles.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Leadership Qualities : Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a collaborative approach to driving team success.
