Job Title: Offset Printing Machine Operator - GTO 2 Color Company: Confidential Company Location: Al Kuwait - Kuwait Experience: 2 - 8 Years Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for vehicle operation, equipment handling, and maintenance, ensuring safety compliance.
- Operate Heidelberg GTO 2 color offset printing machine, handling color mixing, numbering, perforation, and all offset printing tasks.
- Perform complex administrative tasks in inventory management, utilizing GCSS-Army and Maximo systems, while ensuring compliance and customer service.
- Coordinate vessel movements, respond to inquiries, manage documentation, and maintain customer relationships while demonstrating excellent communication and computer skills.
- Operate filling machines, ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, maintain safety standards, and perform quality checks in a production environment.
- Responsible for component preparation, autoclave operation, ensuring hygiene, monitoring equipment, and adhering to safety standards while collaborating with team members.
- Set up CNC bending machine, load materials, maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with team to meet production targets.
- Safely operate and maintain CNC machine, interpret blueprints, manage inventory, document production, and adhere to safety regulations.
- Execute facility operations and maintenance services, manage Building Management System, ensure compliance, and provide technical guidance while maintaining safety standards.
- Oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, utilize Global Combat Support System, ensure customer service, and maintain compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in transportation and maintenance operations.
- Experience in supervising employees.
