Make an Impact by Providing quality customer service to Singtel customers & related working partners over the phone. Proactively promoting Singtel products and services whenever possible. Remaining up-to-date with the latest information that impacts the delivery of service to customers. Demonstrating self-responsibility by maintaining systems user login access & upgrading knowledge to new systems. Demonstrating superior telephone techniques by listening, probing, and questioning to meet the quality assurance standards. Multitasking and acquiring to meet Service Level Agreement i.e. 1 hour commitment. Following up and taking ownership on complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction and closure. Emailing user guides & portal information to customers. Adapting to a fast-paced environment by showing strong time management with a positive attitude. Tactfully identifying fake URLs & scam email addresses. Skills for Success: Min N/O/A Level, NITEC certificate. Min 1 to 2 years in customer service with experience in a call centre, hospitality, retail, telesales, or similar fields. Good communication skills, command of English. Bonus if have experience in CMS (content management system) software. Bonus if familiar with Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, v-lookup, formulas). On-the-job training will be provided.
