Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and process electronic payments and transfers according to company policies.
  2. Assist in month-end closing & preparations of tax schedules (VAT input, WHT, etc).
  3. Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable files.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice and payment issues.
  7. Reconcile vendor statements and investigate and resolve discrepancies related to accounts payable.
  8. Perform related duties (Ad-hoc work) and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in related field at least 1 year.
  2. Strong data entry skills.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  4. Competence in financial and bookkeeping software is necessary.
  5. Knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes.
  6. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  7. Proficiency in English.
