- Automation Development: Design and implement systems to automate workflows in Seller Central, including inventory management, reporting, and performance optimization.
- E-commerce Optimization: Use tools like Airtable, Zapier, Make (Integromat), and Clay to enhance e-commerce workflows and streamline operations.
- AI Integration: Leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools to build interactive, fun, and impactful solutions for e-commerce processes.
- Custom System Building: Create dynamic and user-friendly Airtable systems for project tracking, reporting, and team collaboration.
- API Integrations: Develop and manage API connections between Seller Central, Airtable, and other tools to enable seamless data flow.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with the marketing and operations teams to identify inefficiencies and develop creative automation solutions.
- Data Insights: Build automated dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Ensure the reliability and scalability of automation systems by diagnosing and fixing issues promptly.
- Experience in automating and managing e-commerce processes, particularly on Amazon Seller Central.
- Proficiency in tools like:
- Airtable (advanced system design and integration capabilities).
- Zapier, Make, Clay for process automation.
- AI tools like ChatGPT for creating engaging and intelligent workflows.
- ClickUp for end point of many of the automations
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration practices for platforms like Amazon, Shopify, or similar e-commerce tools.
- Creative mindset to build innovative and enjoyable systems that boost team productivity.
- Solid grasp of database structures and data organization principles.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Background in Amazon e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or an Amazon agency environment.
