We steward the family violence and sexual violence system and drive realisation of the cross-agency strategy—Te Aorerekura. We work in partnership with communities across Aotearoa New Zealand, placing survivors, families, and whānau at the heart of everything we do. Te Haeata/The Opportunity Te Puna Aonui is seeking a dynamic Business Performance Lead to drive the delivery and enhancement of business support services for our business unit. Committed to relentless progress and proactive problem-solving, you continuously improve processes and remove administrative barriers, actively contributing to the purpose that we serve and the outcomes we achieve. Leading a small team that delivers a range of transactional services including travel, recruitment, event support, and procurement, the Business Performance Lead encourages development and focused team performance. You collate and present data to support your recommendations and to inform decisions that optimise the use of our resources. - Relevant qualification or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in planning, reporting and business improvement, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Analytical thinker who has a flexible attitude that enables them to plan and apply time and resource management expertise to deliver operational and project activities.
- Proven willingness and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business and respond to prevailing circumstances.
- Experience supervising a small team and a commitment to leading their development.
