Motivate Media Group is looking for skilled Book Writer/Editors to contribute to our growing collection of high-quality publications.Your responsibilities:Work closely with authors to refine and shape manuscripts for publication.Ensure consistency in tone, style, and structure while maintaining the author's voice.Perform developmental edits, copy edits, and proofreading across a range of genres.Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to produce high-quality publications.Manage deadlines efficiently and ensure timely project delivery.Stay updated on publishing industry trends and reader preferences.Requirements:Proven experience as a Book Editor or in a similar editorial role.Exceptional grammar, writing, and editing skills.Ability to communicate feedback constructively to authors.Strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of the publishing process.Passion for books and a broad knowledge of different genres.Familiarity with the latest digital editing tools and publishing software is a plus.Qualifications:Graduate in Journalism or related course.Minimum of 5 - 6 years' relevant professional work experience.Interested candidates may apply attaching a copy of their CV and include examples of their work.
