KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:Duties:Work within the marketing team to develop campaigns, art directions, concepts, and overall creative feel.Develop the creative direction for projects assigned, in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.Understand, evaluate and leverage design needs, ideas, and concepts to generate innovative communication solutions.Support the audio-visual team in producing TVC, animations, and photo-shoots, including art direction, operations, supplier supervision, and design management.Develop and implement environmental design projects such as exhibition design and activations.Work within the marketing team in the development and management of AD campaigns in both digital and print mediums.Design and maintain all digital and print materials under guidelines, ensuring execution quality.Select and purchase art, illustration, and photographic supplies as required.Gather information and create data through proper research to clarify design issues.Assist the Marketing team with brainstorming, marketing, and advertising strategies. Represent ideas creatively within the marketing team.Master digital and manual skills in producing design materials for proofs, executions, and productions.Polish the brand guideline where and when needed, ensuring effective communication of our brand through local and international campaigns.Assume or accept any other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor within the position's role and responsibility.Patient Safety: Attend and successfully complete competencies focusing on patient safety initiatives implemented within Aspetar Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Hospital. Patient Safety Training is an annual requirement, including all organizational leaders, staff, service, and contracted providers.Necessary Knowledge and Experience:Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience, with at least 1 year in a similar position, preferably in a similar industry.Education and Certification Requirements:High Diploma or bachelor's degree in graphic/creative design or a relevant field.Exposure to exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.Job Specific Technical Skills:Demonstrated knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of digital art, graphic design, production, layout, and illustration. Understands and leverages graphic design concepts.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.Mandatory spoken languages: Arabic and English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
