Job details

ResponsibilitiesMaintain the machine while running and perform all necessary mechanical adjustments.Proper starting and stopping of the machine.Control the material situation in production (regrind level, weight distribution, parison length, flash length, etc.).Clean and make necessary adjustments and minor repairs to equipment.Follow the production schedule to determine the quality and quantity of material to be produced.Control material consumption, waste reduction, efficiency, and quality of products of machines under responsibility.Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues and perform necessary mechanical adjustments.Ensure all assigned machines are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably according to recommended operating guidelines.Ensure quality products are being produced at all times and conduct quality checks throughout the shift.Support the changeover team if required.Report any issues that impact overall performance to the superior.Properly report all requested reports (downtimes, efficiency).Follow SOPs at all times.Must have experience with SEB 101 technology.QualificationsEducationExperienced in either tool making/mechanic or electric/electronic systems in the plastics industry.At least 3 years of hands-on experience in blow or injection molding, setups, troubleshooting, and process improvements.SkillsIntermediate knowledge of MS Office.Ability to communicate in English.Ability to communicate and transfer information and knowledge to the team.High level of energy.Ability to work on rotating shifts, call out, weekends, and overtime (if required).What you can expect working with usA modern, familiar, and international working environment in a stable and continuously growing company.Be part of a young and dynamic team.Possibility of working independently in a defined area of responsibilities.
