Digital Marketing & Web Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Digital & Social Media Marketing Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, creating engaging content, monitoring activities, and fostering meaningful interactions with the audience.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns, including SEM, display advertising, and social media advertising.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and social media.
**Web Development Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure site security and data protection.
- Provide on-call support to meet service level agreements.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in web development technologies, including.NET framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, adapt to new technologies, and produce high-quality code.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Three to five years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and web development.
- Technical certifications or additional training in relevant areas are desirable.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Prolonged periods working on a computer, sitting at a desk.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when required.
**Duty time**:
- 5day a week (total 48hrs a week)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
