**JOB OVERVIEW**:
As a Waiter, you will be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience by delivering personalized service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Your attention to detail, extensive menu knowledge, and ability to anticipate guest needs will contribute to the overall success of our fine dining establishment.

**KEY RESULT AREAS**:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, providing assistance as needed.
- Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items, including specials and recommendations, showcasing a deep understanding of the cuisine and ingredients.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special dietary requirements and preferences are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, using proper serving techniques and ensuring the correct presentation of dishes.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs and providing personalized service throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings, making appropriate recommendations and assisting guests with their selections.
- Ensure all tables are properly set with clean linens, polished silverware, and pristine glassware, adhering to the restaurant's standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly and courteously, seeking assistance from the restaurant management team when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and timely service, coordinating the delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including cleaning and resetting tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager-on-Duty
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Previous experience as a waiter in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
- Good English communication skills
- Can work on weekends, holidays, special events
- Below 28 years old
**Salary**: From QAR1,800.00 per month
