Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate and recommend new ideas to enhance management processes and improve our company's adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), government laws, and regulations.
• Compile financial information for journal entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze complex financial data to produce comprehensive monthly and annual reports, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
• Guarantee that all financial reporting deadlines are met, maintaining our company's reputation for reliability and transparency.
• Ensure accurate and efficient completion of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process, minimizing errors and maximizing productivity.
• Establish and monitor robust accounting control procedures, protecting our organization from potential risks.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend risk mitigation measures and cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee the preparation of financial audit materials and coordinate the audit process, fostering collaboration with stakeholders.
• Discuss and agree on findings and recommendations with process owners or senior management, driving continuous improvement.
• Reconcile bank accounts, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.

• A degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably within the Healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in Bahrain Financial Regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in all financial transactions.
• Familiarity with Tally software.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
