Job details

Responsibilities:

  1. Train, educate, and discipline all employees on how to improve job duties and performance.
  2. Conduct thorough communication and collaboration with the operation manager for addressing all branch needs.
  3. Collaborate with the operation manager for operational efficiency and better addressing of branch needs.
  4. Oversee and evaluate the performance of the employees in the plant and report the results to the HR department.
Skills:
  1. Self-Starter.
  2. Must possess a bachelor’s degree in the field of Chemical Engineering or Metrological Engineering.
  3. Industrial or its equivalent from a reputed university.
  4. Qualified candidate trained in food safety regulations is needed.
  5. Must have experience in Kiln operations.
