Job Description: Senior Recruitment Consultant (Remote – Advisory Role) Role : Consultancy Basis ( weekly / monthly for a period of 3 - 6 months ) Nationality : Open Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with deep expertise in operations and team leadership to work with us on a remote, consulting basis . This role requires a strategic thinker familiar with best practices employed by top global recruitment firms like Adecco, Hays, Randstad , and others. The consultant will provide expert guidance on optimizing recruitment operations, managing high volumes of client orders, and building effective talent acquisition teams. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute on a weekly or monthly basis. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Advisory on Recruitment Operations:
- Analyze current recruitment operations and recommend improvements aligned with global best practices.
- Provide insights into managing high-volume client orders with efficiency and quality control.
- Advise on process mapping and workflow optimization to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Guide on building, structuring, and mentoring high-performing talent acquisition teams.
- Offer strategies for setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and recognizing achievements.
- Provide recommendations for developing reward systems to retain top talent.
- Share knowledge and expertise on global recruitment methodologies and trends.
- Ensure alignment with practices followed by leading firms like Adecco, Hays, and Randstad.
- Offer consulting on strategies for managing and growing client relationships.
- Help create tailored solutions to address unique client needs and challenges.
- Recommend innovative recruitment technologies and tools to optimize operations.
- Advise on the integration of new systems or platforms to streamline workflows.
- Provide expert input on scaling recruitment operations or setting up new recruitment firms.
- Offer market insights to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment operations and leadership roles within multinational recruitment or executive search firms.
- Extensive knowledge of global best practices and standards used by industry leaders like Adecco, Hays, or Randstad other similar.
- Proven experience in handling high volumes of recruitment projects and managing diverse client portfolios.
- Expertise in process mapping, performance monitoring, and operational optimization.
- Experience consulting on or setting up recruitment firms is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate with remote teams.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment technologies and tools.
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency.
- Flexibility to provide expert support on a weekly or monthly basis.
