My client, a renowned healthcare organisation based in South Dublin, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This is an exciting standalone role for a self-motivated HR professional looking to make a real impact. You will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the HR function while leading the rollout of a new HR system across the organisation. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with two days working from home and flexible start times, ensuring a healthy work-life balance Key Responsibilities Leadership Development & Coaching Provide expert advice and support to managers on all people-related matters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement. Assisting in development of training and development programs for management Recruitment & Onboarding Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from role development to onboarding. Partner with department leaders to create job descriptions and attract top talent. Oversee induction processes to ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly. Training & Development Develop, implement & evaluate impactful learning and development programmes for staff and management as part of the employee life cycle. Stay updated on the latest trends in L&D to continuously improve employee development initiatives. Performance & Talent Management Manage performance reviews, probationary periods, and coaching initiatives. Drive workforce planning and identify future talent needs in line with organisational goals. HR Administration & Compliance Oversee employment contracts, payroll processing, and HR system implementation. Ensure all policies, procedures, and employee data comply with legislative and GDPR requirements. Employee Engagement & Relations Lead employee engagement initiatives and provide support for internal grievances or external employment claims. Promote a positive workplace culture through proactive communication and support. What Were Looking For: Qualifications & Experience A third-level qualification in HR or a related field (CIPD accreditation desirable). Proven experience in a Generalist HR role, with a strong grasp of core HR processes, employment legislation, and statutory requirements. Track record of driving process improvements. Key Skills Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation. The ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and deliver results in a standalone capacity. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
