Service Captain

The Fillmore Collective operates 2 restaurants in Joo Chiat. We are looking for a Service Captain to join our team! Salary: $2K - $2.5K Your responsibilities include: Handling orders and serving guests Assisting the team in preparing and setting-up the restaurant for food service Working together with other team members to provide a high quality of service and deliver excellent dining experience to all the guests Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant at all times Executing any other duties as assigned.
