Job details

Coordinates with Head of department to design and update job description. Posting advertisement for open position. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels. Conduct initial interview by phone for shortlisted candidates. Coordinate for initial interview assessment. Receives, reviews and verifies candidates before proceeding with offer letters. Prepare hard files and update HRMS system for new hires. Draft offer letters and arrange the signature. Coordinate with PROs for the Visa, EID, Labour Contract, Medical, etc. Manage the relocation arrangement for new hire employees (ticket, request for the required visa and accommodation). Preparing employment contracts as well. Conducting HR Orientation and coordinate for Onboarding and Safety Orientation. Ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with established recruitment policy. Effective monitoring and follow-up of the six months performance appraisal for new employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr
